Hey there! We are KIM & BEN HOHENSTATT, an artist/photographer couple based out of Juneau, Alaska. Ben takes wildlife and nature photos then Kim adds illustrations using digital painting techniques.

KIM HOHENSTATT is a multi-discipline artist originally from the Chicago area. BFA in Fine Art/Art History and currently working as a nail technician in addition to freelance creative work. Dabbles in anything crafty and artistic. Enjoys making custom thoughtful pieces as well as silly and/or cute things to sell at markets and online.​​​​ Loves to spend time with husBEN and 2 dogs, hiking, movies and reading upsetting horror books.

BEN HOHENSTATT is an award-winning editor, reporter and critic with photography skills based in Juneau, Alaska. Extensive experience photographing people and events for news organizations. Enjoys photographing live music events and writing album reviews.
